Registration and Accounts:

Every customer has to register and login for placing orders on the application. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the application. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the shopper agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration. You can opt out either by unsubscribing promotional communication and newsletters.

Pricing:

HomZa Cart aims to ensure that prices of all products offered for sale are true and correct. The price mentioned at the time of ordering a product shall be the price charged at the time of delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but for the commodities like Fruits and Vegetables, Meat, Fish, Egg, do change on a daily basis. We will be updating the prices regularly according to the market price.

Orders delivered directly from the Vendors:

Orders are delivered within the same day by our HomZa Cart delivery partners from the vendors, who are listed in the application.

Cancellation of order:

Customers can cancel your order within the cut-off time. Once the seller has confirmed the order, customers will not be able to cancel the order. If you have cancelled the order within the cut-off time and if you have paid the amount, the amount will be credited to your bank account.

We deliver products from many stores. Return policy is not applicable to all the products.

Return Policy is applicable to selected products from Supermarkets or Hypermarkets or from General Stores, where there is an issue in expiry dated etc.

Return is not accepted if the seal or pack is opened. Once the return is accepted and picked up back, the amount will be credited to your bank account soon. Refund is done only through bank transactions.

HomZa Cart may at any time modify the Terms & Conditions of Use of the Application and Website without any prior notification to you.
